## Terms and Conditions
1. **Setup and Breakdown:** Hip Hop Movement Inc. will arrive at the designated setup time and remain until the specified breakdown time.
2. **Space Requirements:** We require a minimum space of 10x10 feet to properly display our merchandise and serve customers effectively.
3. **Insurance and Liability:** Hip Hop Movement Inc. maintains proper insurance coverage and will provide necessary documentation upon request.
4. **Payment Terms:** We will submit any required vendor fees according to the event's payment schedule.
5. **Cancellation Policy:** We will provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if unable to attend the event.
